Springs Literacy Center
Locally owned and operated dyslexia identification center serving students ages 5-25. Diagnostic clinical testing provides parents and teachers with answers, recommendations, and support. In business since 2012, SLC has diagnosed close to 200 students and previously served hundreds more with dyslexia remediation services.

Our Core Values
We believe all struggling readers are capable of literacy success. The process is most effective when it begins with clear objective data that is able to identify a child with dyslexia or not. This allows all relevant parties to operate from the same understanding and provide appropriate interventions for remediation.

Students who struggle with literacy aquisition deserve the same opportunity to learn that allows them to experience and achieve success. We are committed to being the first step for families, providing them with the information, answers, and guidance they need to move forward, better equipped and empowered.
Our Services
Currently, SLC is focused on providing diagnostic and clinical dyslexia evaluations for students aged 5-25. Individualized tutoring and dyslexia therapy are no longer offered, but referrals to local providers are. There are many more highly-trained educators and dyslexia remediation specialists in the area now than when we started, but not as many diagnosticians. We have chosen to narrow our scope and only provide evaluation services at this time.
